ASSEMBLY LINE FOR VACUUM BOOSTER WITH SINGLE MEMBRANE

The whole line is 44 meters long which is divided into 2 parts,the upper part is for transferring and the lower is for returning. There are 24 work  places: 17 assembling equipments, 5 testers,and there are 6 automatic equipments among them.
 

The linear-shape line is the first line in the domestic which can replace the imported ones for its advanced technologies, high quality and good functions and so on. And also we have got many honors for we designed and produced such advanced assembly line.

It can finish one assembling within 42s, and can produce 300 thousand yearly.
